Integrating your POS Hosptality or Retail suite with payment processors will help both management and staff more efficiently serve your clients and business. Below is a list of major benefits with payment integration;

Fewer to no mistakes between POS charges and amount entered into the payment terminal at close of invoice. Currently they enter the invoice amount into the terminal. There is always a chance the clerk will enter the wrong amount into the payment terminal.

NO double entry close of bill procedures. Once a payment is processed the clerk must return to the POS and close the bill to the appropriate card type. This is no longer required. (see below)

Automatic recording of Server Tips and Cash back. Tips and cash back are currently calculated at step 2 above and entered into the POS. The integration allows for automatic and proper calculation of these values.

Background processing of Payments Frees up terminal for new sales. Currently the clerk prints a bill and presents the bill to the client. After payment completion they must return to the POS to re-enter payment information. This leaves the POS busy while they complete the transaction. The integration frees the terminal for a new sale while payments are processed.

Automatic close if POS invoice on payment completion. Upon successful completion of a payment the system will automatically close the bill and record payment data.

Auto settlement on daily close. Settlement can be programmed into the POS enable auto settlement and reconciliation reports generated.

Automatic reconciliation of clerk payment and invoice history on close. Currently the clerks balance the POS cash out report to the payment terminal cash out. This manual reconciliation is no longer required.
